What's New in Version 8 Part 1: Analysis of Means (ANOM) Charts

Download the recording and PowerPoint slides here.

Presenter: John Noguera, Co-Founder and CTO of SigmaXL

SigmaXL Inc. CTO, John Noguera, walks you through one of the new features available in SigmaXL Version 8.

Agenda:

o Introduction to ANOM Charts
o Normal, Binomial Proportions and Poisson Rates

     • One-Way
     • Two-Way with Main Effects and Slice Charts
     • Slice Charts are a modified ANOM chart developed by Dr. Peter Wludyka that enables one to easily interpret the effects in the presence of an interaction.
     • Yellow highlight automatically recommends Main Effects (if interaction is not significant) or Slice Chart (if interaction is significant).

o Nonparametric Transformed Ranks
o Variances & Levene Robust Variances
o Q & A
